Royal Highlands Bella at 2 yrsBella is a pretty, very tall doe. She freshened with a nice udder typical of the Atlast daughters: high, well arched, with a strong fore-udder. She has currently grown very tall and will take a bit to fill out the rest of her body to match. When she does, she will be a lovely and striking doe. She is milking well as a 1st freshening 2 year old and we look forward to seeing what she can do next year.
2014 Update: Bella was one of our favorites this year. Tall, full bodied, a well attached udder, a breeze to milk. She was a productive member of our dairy string peaking at 11.5 lbs. Unfortunately, we lost Bella this summer due to complications of a shoulder injury. She loved to milk and insisted on coming into the milk room and jumping up on the stand, even with the use of only three legs. She will be greatly missed.
